BSDC · New to Lindy Hop

Everything for beginners

Your first steps into Lindy Hop, Brussels-style

So you're new to Lindy Hop and want to learn how to dance — you're in the right place! Lindy Hop was born from African American communities in 1930s Harlem dancing to swing and jazz music, and it's that same joyful, social spirit we teach in Brussels today. We offer beginner courses in a weekly and an intensive format, and our teachers are happy to guide you through learning the basics, one step at a time.

A second pair of shoes (indoor-only, to protect the dance floor from outside dirt) and a bottle of water — you’ll work up a sweat!
