Registration Information

Everything you need to know about registering for classes at the Brussels Swing Dance Club.

Step by step

How registration works

  1. 1Go to the registration form.
  2. 2Choose a full course (discount friendly) or a separate drop-in class, and select it.
  3. 3Fill in your contact details.
  4. 4Choose your payment preference: cash or Bancontact on location.
  5. 5Accept the Terms & Conditions and submit. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

Paying

Payment rules

  • You pay on location before the class, in cash or with Bancontact.
  • Your registration reserves your place in the class; there is nothing to pay in advance.
  • Once paid, a class is not refunded.

We are working on a direct payment system for the future.

Changing your mind

Cancellation rules

  • You can cancel your registration by contacting us through our contact form or by e-mail at bsdc.team@gmail.com. Please keep in mind that cancelling less than 24 hours before the class affects attendance in that class, so try to keep these late cancellations to a minimum.
